{"id":5061,"date":"2024-12-22T17:49:17","date_gmt":"2024-12-22T16:49:17","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/velo-utile.fr\/site\/?p=5061"},"modified":"2024-12-22T17:49:17","modified_gmt":"2024-12-22T16:49:17","slug":"pour-que-la-ville-cyclable-soit-inscrite-dans-les-documents-durbanisme","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/velo-utile.fr\/site\/2024\/12\/pour-que-la-ville-cyclable-soit-inscrite-dans-les-documents-durbanisme\/","title":{"rendered":"Pour que la ville cyclable soit inscrite dans les documents d&rsquo;urbanisme"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>La ville cyclable doit \u00eatre inscrite dans les documents d&rsquo;urbanisme<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Le <a href=\"https:\/\/outil2amenagement.cerema.fr\/outils\/schema-coherence-territoriale-scot\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">SCOT<\/a> (sch\u00e9ma de coh\u00e9rence territoriale) et le <a href=\"https:\/\/outil2amenagement.cerema.fr\/outils\/plan-local-durbanisme-plu-plui\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">PLU<\/a> (plan local d\u2019urbanisme), documents de planification qui d\u00e9finissent l\u2019am\u00e9nagement urbain, ont fait l\u2019objet en 2024 d\u2019enqu\u00eates publiques. Or, ces documents ne se limitent pas aux r\u00e8gles de constructibilit\u00e9, ce sont \u00e9galement des outils qui sont d\u00e9terminants en mati\u00e8re de d\u00e9placement. Et surtout le Sch\u00e9ma directeur cyclable (voir notre contribution ci-dessous) doit prendre en compte le PLU et doit \u00eatre compatible avec le SCOT.
