href=\"https:\/\/www.cerema.fr\/fr\/actualites\/editions-schema-directeur-amenagements-cyclables-planifier\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Sch\u00e9ma Directeur Cyclable<\/a><span class=\"x_x_author-a-z65zaz70zaz79zfd1z67zno3z73zz79z6z78z\"> (SDC) de Saint Brieuc, adopt\u00e9 en janvier 2020, afin d&rsquo;en informer les citoyennes et citoyens de la ville, dans un souci de transparence sur les travaux d\u2019am\u00e9lioration des conditions de circulation \u00e0 v\u00e9lo dans la ville de Saint-Brieuc.<br \/>\n<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Notre calcul se base sur la carte du SDC qui a e\u0301te\u0301 publie\u0301e en 2020.<br \/>\nLe pourcentage total d\u2019avancement est calcule\u0301 sur la base du line\u0301aire re\u0301alise\u0301 &#8211; et ce quelle que soit la forme prise par la re\u0301alisation, par rapport a\u0300 l\u2019ensemble du line\u0301aire projete\u0301 dans le SDC.<\/p>\n<div class=\"page\" title=\"Page 2\">\n<div class=\"layoutArea\">\n<div class=\"column\">\n<p>A ce jour, <strong>sur 33,5 km pre\u0301vus dans ce sche\u0301ma, 4,8 km ont e\u0301te\u0301 re\u0301alise\u0301s, soit 14% du SDC.<br \/>\n<\/strong><\/p>\n<div class=\"page\" title=\"Page 2\">\n<div class=\"layoutArea\">\n<div class=\"column\">\n<p>Aucune intersection n&rsquo;a fait l&rsquo;objet d&rsquo;un traitement afin de se\u0301curiser leur traverse\u0301e a\u0300 ve\u0301lo.<\/p>\n<div class=\"page\" title=\"Page 2\">\n<div class=\"layoutArea\">\n<div class=\"column\">\n<p><strong>Nous attendons donc de la ville de permettre a\u0300 nos enfants de pouvoir aller a\u0300 l&rsquo;e\u0301cole, au colle\u0300ge et au lyce\u0301e en se\u0301curite\u0301 a\u0300 pied ou a\u0300 ve\u0301lo, aux personnes a\u0302ge\u0301es de pouvoir se de\u0301placer sans danger.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Non seulement depuis 2020 les nouveaux ame\u0301nagements cyclables se comptent sur les doigts d\u2019une main mais ils restent trop souvent proble\u0301matiques,
