{"id":1140,"date":"2018-05-22T10:45:08","date_gmt":"2018-05-22T08:45:08","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/velo-utile.fr\/site\/?p=1140"},"modified":"2025-12-15T18:02:35","modified_gmt":"2025-12-15T17:02:35","slug":"bientot-le-challenge","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/velo-utile.fr\/site\/2018\/05\/bientot-le-challenge\/","title":{"rendered":"Bient\u00f4t le challenge!"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Le <a href=\"https:\/\/velo-utile.fr\/a-velo-au-boulot\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Challenge A VELO AU BOULOT<\/a> est un \u00e9v\u00e9nement port\u00e9 par\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/velo-utile.fr\">http:\/\/velo-utile.fr<\/a>\u00a0, association faisant la promotion des d\u00e9placements cyclables.<\/p>\n<p>Ce challenge a pour but de\u00a0<strong>sensibiliser<\/strong> et permettre <strong>l\u2019exp\u00e9rimentation<\/strong> de ces modes de d\u00e9placements actifs aupr\u00e8s des <strong>salari\u00e9s\/agents\/\u00e9l\u00e8ves<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Les participants<strong>\u00a0comptabilisent durant ces 8 jours<\/strong> (26 mai au 3 juin \u2013 Semaine du d\u00e9veloppement durable et F\u00eate du v\u00e9lo) leurs <strong>km parcourus<\/strong> et tentent de <strong>gagner<\/strong> <strong>ensemble<\/strong> <strong>le\u00a0Challenge<\/strong> !<\/p>\n<p>Le challenge est ouvert aux :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Entreprises<\/li>\n<li>Associations<\/li>\n<li>Etablissements scolaires<\/li>\n<li>Administrations\/Collectivit\u00e9s<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&gt; <a href=\"https:\/\/velo-utile.fr\/a-velo-au-boulot\/cest-quoi\/\">Pourquoi participer<\/a> \u00a0&gt; <a href=\"https:\/\/velo-utile.fr\/a-velo-au-boulot\/incriptions\/\">Inscription<\/a> \u00a0&gt; <a href=\"https:\/\/velo-utile.fr\/a-velo-au-boulot\/programme-a-velo-au-boulot-2018\">Le programme<\/a><\/p>\n<h2><strong>Motivations<\/strong><\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>50% des salari\u00e9s<\/strong> travaillent<strong> \u00e0 moins de 8km<\/strong> de chez eux<\/li>\n<li><strong>sur notre territoire\u00a0<\/strong>pr\u00e8s de <strong>70% des r\u00e9sidents<\/strong> travaillent <strong>au sein d\u2019un m\u00eame p\u00f4le urbain\u00a0<\/strong>et <strong>55% \u00a0<\/strong>dans leur commune de r\u00e9sidence !<\/li>\n<li><strong>50% des actifs<\/strong> mettent <strong>moins de 5 min<\/strong> pour se rendre \u00e0 leur travail en voiture<\/li>\n<li>Les d\u00e9placements en voiture sont souvent v\u00e9cus comme stressants et sont de plus en plus co\u00fbteux<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2><strong>Objectifs<\/strong><\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Permettre aux salari\u00e9s <strong>d\u2019exp\u00e9rimenter<\/strong> en se motivant au sein de leurs services\/\u00e9quipes<\/li>\n<li><strong>D\u00e9dramatiser<\/strong> l\u2019usage du v\u00e9lo gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 des conseils (mat\u00e9riels, itin\u00e9raires \u2026)<\/li>\n<li><strong>Inciter<\/strong>\/<strong>Sensibiliser<\/strong> les employeurs \u00e0 ces modes de d\u00e9placements\u00a0et leurs int\u00e9r\u00eats induits<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2><strong>Et puis \u2026 lutter contre quelques id\u00e9es re\u00e7ues car \u00e0 v\u00e9lo<\/strong><\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>On franchit <strong>rapidement<\/strong> des distances de 5 \u00e0 8 km sans s\u2019en rendre compte<\/li>\n<li>On va <strong>souvent plus vite<\/strong> qu\u2019une automobile en milieu urbain<\/li>\n<li>Notre temps de trajet est toujours \u00e9quivalent, <strong>quel que soit le trafic<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>On s\u2019a\u00e8re<\/strong> l\u2019esprit et on arrive au boulot bien r\u00e9veill\u00e9<\/li>\n<li>On lutte contre la s\u00e9dentarit\u00e9, <strong>on se d\u00e9gourdit<\/strong> les gambettes<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>On<\/strong> <strong>entend<\/strong> \u00e0 nouveau ce qu\u2019on n\u2019entendait plus.<\/p>\n<p><strong>On<\/strong> <strong>ressent<\/strong> ce qu\u2019on ne ressentait plus.<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<h1>A V\u00e9lo, <strong>ON EST VIVANT, <\/strong>Alors ?
